AI Reverse Audio Terms of Use (EULA)

These Terms of Use govern your use of AI Reverse Audio ("AI Reverse Audio", "the app"). By downloading, opening, or using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. When AI Reverse Audio is downloaded from the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies in addition to the terms below.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country if that age is higher, to use AI Reverse Audio. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the app only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Licence

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use AI Reverse Audio on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, in line with these terms and the rules of the store you downloaded it from.

3. Your Recordings

You keep all rights to the audio you record with the app. Recordings are processed and stored on your device, and we do not claim ownership of them or upload them to our servers. You are responsible for the recordings you create and share, and for having permission from anyone whose voice you record.

4. Acceptable Use

You must not:

record other people without their consent where the law requires it;
use the app or modified voices to impersonate, deceive, defraud, harass, or threaten anyone;
create or share recordings that are unlawful or that infringe the rights of others;
copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or extract the app's code or effects, except where the law expressly allows it;
interfere with ads, purchases, or security features, or attempt to disrupt the app or its services.

5. Intellectual Property

The app, including its voice effects, text, graphics, user interface, and code, is owned by or licensed to the publisher and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the licence granted above, no rights are transferred to you.

6. Premium Subscriptions

AI Reverse Audio is free to download. An optional auto-renewable Premium subscription unlocks every voice effect, instant reverse without watching ads, and an ad-free experience. It is offered as weekly, monthly, and yearly plans; the price of each plan is shown in the app before you buy and may vary by country.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
The subscription renews automatically for the same period at the same price unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings at any time after purchase, or at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. Use Restore Purchases in the app to restore a subscription on a new device.

7. Advertising

The free version of AI Reverse Audio displays ads provided by third-party advertising networks, and some effects can be unlocked by watching a rewarded ad. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or for the websites and products they link to. How ad data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Your Data and Deleting It

AI Reverse Audio does not require an account. Your recordings and preferences are stored on your device and are removed when you delete them in the app, uninstall the app, or clear its data. To request deletion of data held by us or our service providers, email the address below. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

9. Third-Party Services

The app relies on third-party services, including app stores, payment processing, analytics, crash reporting, and advertising. Those services are subject to their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for them.

10. Termination

We may suspend or end your access to AI Reverse Audio if you breach these terms. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability, will survive.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

AI Reverse Audio is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every effect will remain available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of recordings. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the app changes. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Continuing to use AI Reverse Audio after an update means you accept the revised terms.
